We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for exploring the town, with everything just a short walk away. Some parts of the hotel had an oldish touch, which was not a deal-breaker, but it was not as modern as we expected. Finally, we did not appreciate the operator's attitude towards a small issue with a burnt table.

The reception staff, particularly Mark, were incredibly friendly and provided helpful recommendations. The comfortable beds and the balcony with a view of the lake were definitely highlights of our stay.
