The rooms are spacious with enormous bathrooms, and are well-appointed with interesting and useful books about Sri Lanka. The staff are friendly and professional, providing attentive and anticipatory service. The restaurant, Rare, offers exceptional food that is considered a culinary masterpiece, with dishes like Black Pork and Yellow Fin Tuna that are a symphony of taste and delight. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool, a well-stocked bar, and a serene garden for guests to enjoy.

Some parts of the hotel lacked a personal touch and had a generic feel, similar to mid-range hotels in other parts of the world.

Spacious rooms with tasteful decor, attentive and helpful staff, excellent food, and great location for exploring the city on foot. Inviting lap pool, peaceful library, stylish bar, and a satisfying breakfast that keeps you going. Comfy bed, big room with nice design elements, and high-quality meals at the restaurant.

The Uga Residence in Colombo exceeded all expectations. Excellent customer service, spacious rooms, and a brilliant swimming pool made for an opulent experience. The tasteful decor and his & her sinks in the spacious bathroom added to the luxurious feel. The exceptional restaurant offered delicious meals, and the reasonable price was a pleasant surprise.

I recently stayed at this incredible hotel in Colombo and I must say, it was worth every penny! The room was absolutely amazing, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The staff treated us like royalty, always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Uga Residence provided an outstanding oasis experience in the heart of the city.

In terms of breakfast, the morning meal could have been more varied and had more options.
