I didn't mind that there was no aircon, but unfortunately, we were quite cold during our stay. I asked for another blanket, but the reception told me they didn't have any available. Despite this inconvenience, the staff at Ripon Grand Hill were welcoming and had a great disposition. The location was a bit difficult to find after dark, but once we arrived, we had a nice spacious room and enjoyed a good breakfast. I had a decent stay at Ripon Grand Hill and would recommend it.
