Friendly and attentive staff at the front desk.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The carpets in the room had obvious stains, which made my allergies flare up, and I found myself coughing throughout the stay. On top of that, the breakfast experience was frustrating, as they ran out of basic items like milk and the waffle maker kept malfunctioning. It felt like the overall standards of cleanliness and service were not up to Hilton's usual expectations.

The room was spacious with a full kitchenette, ideal for families. The breakfast offered a range of choices including omelets and a waffle bar. The outdoor pool area was clean and featured plenty of seating with an outdoor grill. The lobby had a pleasant coffee bar and large seating area for guests. Overall, a family-friendly atmosphere.

I was absolutely thrilled with the spacious Queen Studio! The kitchenette made it so easy to prepare meals, and the heated saltwater pool was a delightful treat after a long day. Breakfast was a standout—who doesn't love a waffle bar?

Cleaning standards could certainly use enhancement!!! Hallway carpets look neglected and the lack of follow-up on maintenance requests was quite disappointing. Also, temperature control in the rooms leaves something to be desired!!!

The staff was courteous and friendly! Breakfast offered delicious variety, and I enjoyed the nice pool area with towels provided and access to an outdoor grill.

It was a relaxing stay that allowed me to unwind and appreciate the local culture a bit more.
