The pool area at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort was incredible, offering a great spot to relax and unwind. The beach was just steps away, which was very convenient. We loved the poolside bar, serving delicious seafood and refreshing fresh juices. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to enjoy sundowners with a live musician playing in the background. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the extensive breakfast and dinner buffet, which catered to both Sri Lankan/Indian and western tastes.

The gym at the hotel wasn't very well equipped, which was a slight disappointment.

Smooth check-in and personal escort to the room by the front desk manager. Honeymoon amenities including a bed decoration, fruit basket, and cake. Waste bins in the room segregated into recyclable and non-recyclable. Excellent service at Olive restaurant, with special mention to Mr. Samitha and the barman Thilina. Giant breakfast buffet at S kitchen with a great variety of delicious food. Well-maintained property with a pleasant ambiance. Great pool area next to the beach with a well-equipped poolside bar. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

The resort had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Our room was equipped with a TV that allowed us to rewind our favorite shows, and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. We also enjoyed the personal attention of the staff, who went above and beyond to meet our dietary needs. Plus, the kids' activity room was a hit with our daughter!

The beach was lovely, but we were constantly bothered by beach vendors trying to sell us things and offer massages. It would have been nice to have a private beach area for hotel guests to avoid this annoyance.

the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool and the beach access fulfilled our need for relaxation. the full body massages and beauty treatments were rejuvenating. the BBQ facilities and the sun terrace provided an enjoyable experience. the location advantage of being directly next to the beach was ideal.

The only minor issue we had was with the packed lunches. They were not up to the standard we expected from this hotel.
