We got incredible value for our money with the Deluxe Water Cottage - it was even better than the photos, spacious and filled with amazing amenities. The location was perfect, with the beautiful pool and wildlife surrounding us. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even providing free bicycles for us to explore the area.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more breakfast items to choose from.

Our stay at the Water Cottage was incredible. The bungalow was brand new, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was a dream with a relaxing bath. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. The family who runs the hotel were so friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do in the area. They even arranged all of our transportation and organized an amazing safari for us. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions like Sigiriya Rock and Dambulla. we had a fantastic experience at the Water Cottage and highly recommend it to others.

The cottages were spacious, clean, and peaceful, with entertaining peacocks. The pool was beautifully clear, and pool towels were provided. The highlight of my stay was the delicious food cooked by Milan and his sister, Thilini. They prepared traditional Sri Lankan dishes with beautiful flavors. Milan was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at a cozy and clean cottage at Sigiriya Water Cottage for a few days. The surroundings were beautiful, and the owner, Ruwan, was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast provided was lovely, and the pool was extremely well maintained. If you're looking for a comfortable and unique experience in the countryside near Lion Rock, this is the place I would highly recommend!

Loved this place! the owner was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. the cottage was beautifully designed and super clean. We were even given a ride to Sigiriya rock and picked up after dinner! the property had a great swimming pool and we were lucky enough to see wildlife roaming around. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring all the nearby sites and attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very modern and spacious, with a bathtub and shower room. We loved the little kitchen with a fridge and kettle. The hotel also had a lovely pool and beautiful landscaping with fruit trees. The staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to arrange trips and transport for us. The breakfast was delicious and the owners even prepared it for us early in the morning when we had to leave. The location was also great, close to attractions and within walking distance of nice restaurants and cafes.

We loved the spacious room with a wonderful terrace and a view of the beautiful nature. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were impressive. The surrounding nature was amazing.
