We arrived after a long journey to a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Our room had stunning views of the pool and surroundings. The staff, particularly Siddu, Tito, and Shameera, were knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable dining experience and went on a fantastic safari. The customer service was truly 5-star.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the famous temple, so you can easily visit it within 5 minutes. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with beautiful views over the pool and tropical surroundings. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure you have a great experience. The breakfast is tasty and the facilities, such as the pool bar, are relaxing and enjoyable.

Some areas of the hotel, like the washrooms around the pool, were not very clean.

We spent an amazing Christmas holiday at a hotel located close to all the best tourist attractions in the area. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly loved the fact that they provided us with free transport to nearby destinations. we enjoyed the beautiful garden and pool area, which were brimming with local wildlife.

The room we were given was not as advertised, and basic amenities such as soap and hot water were either missing or took a long time to appear. the restaurant had a limited menu and slow service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel near the famous Dambulla caves. This place provides enhanced comfort and quality services that truly exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the Dambulla Golden Temple and within a short 5-minute walk to the most amazing restaurant in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. They provided helpful advice and assistance, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my entire visit.
