The staff here were exceptional, especially Raju who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always willing to help. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, including room service, car hire, and housekeeping, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. The tranquil garden area was a perfect spot to relax, and the free Wi-Fi was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Bicycle rentals for exploring the nature nearby. A true paradise, would return without a doubt.

We stayed in a stunning location surrounded by tea plantations. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great customer service. The food we tasted was of a great quality and we especially enjoyed complimentary facts that added a touch of luxury to our stay. It was really peaceful and quiet which was perfect for relaxing.

The rooms were a little bit dated and could do with updating. The housekeeping was not up to our expectations and rooms were not cleaned very well.
