The staff were super friendly and accommodating, giving us great recommendations for places to see and eat. They even helped us arrange transportation and let us check-in early. The rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and convenient sockets next to the bed. The bathrooms were impressive, with good hot water and modern facilities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions on foot.

Our stay was quite a hassle. We had booked a double room in advance, but when we arrived, they didn't have any available and gave us a windowless room with tiny beds instead.

terra sagrada in cusco was an amazing find! the staff were friendly and provided great recommendations. the rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and hot water in the bathrooms. the breakfast in the lovely courtyard was a perfect way to start the day. highly recommend this peaceful oasis.

No key to dormitory - had to keep it open at all times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to many places of interest in the historic part of town. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a charming courtyard and spacious rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was massive and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help me with transportation arrangements. Lastly, the breakfast in the courtyard was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Nothing that I didn't like.
