During my stay at The Grand Mountain, I was impressed by the well-appointed rooms and the ease of access to all the facilities. The location of the hotel is excellent, and being the only starred hotel in the area, I felt like I made the right choice. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and making sure all my needs were met. The future of this hotel looks bright, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful property with great views. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained by the housekeeping team. We enjoyed the big pool, the play area, and the fantastic food. the staff members were friendly, helpful, and anticipated our needs. the location was convenient and easy to access.

We also noticed some snagging issues that needed attention. We wish there was a directory available, and some facilities, like the spa, were not operative.

Chef and team go out of their way for great dining experience. Satisfactory food selection. Excellent valet service. Friendly and helpful staff. Stunning pool.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a scenic area, right in the center of Matale, and it was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, with friendly service and helpful assistance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast, especially the Sri Lankan options, was absolutely delicious. The hotel also had a stunning pool and beautiful views. it was a wonderful stay with great facilities and excellent service.
