I also appreciated the efforts made by the front desk staff to accommodate my request for a downstairs room, especially since the elevator was out of order. The check-in process was smooth, and the front office staff member was friendly and polite.

One minor drawback was the lack of beverage availability at the hotel. The front desk had beverages for sale, but unfortunately, they were unable to sell them due to a pending inspection.
