Spent Christmas in a beautifully renovated colonial mansion, feeling like I was stepping back in time amid modern comforts. the historical tour was a highlight, showcasing remarkable antiques and cozy, plush rooms adorned with delicate lace trimmings. the location, though a bit tricky to find, offers a serene and quiet atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Despite the charming ambiance, the culinary experience fell short of expectations, slightly lacking in authenticity and excellence compared to the rest of the luxurious stay. the ongoing construction of a new extension close to the original building was a bit invasive, especially for potential noise disturbances during wedding events.
