Helpful staff, upgraded room, clean, great location.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a very comfortable and wonderful experience. The hotel here is located in a very central spot with easy access to many nearby attractions, perfect for exploring. Everything was so convenient, from the airport shuttle to the tours and ticket assistance. The room was well-equipped and had plenty of amenities to ensure a pleasurable stay. The staff here was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I also loved the spa and wellness center, which made for a perfect day of relaxation.

I had a great time here and would highly recommend this place to my friends.

The rooms were newly renovated and clean, offering a high level of comfort. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the main attractions in the city.

To our experience at the hotel. the soundproofing of the rooms was not very effective, as we could hear the conversations of guests in the neighboring room.

I recently stayed at Radh in Kandy for a short vacation. The service was excellent, and the buffet breakfast had a great selection of fresh dishes. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also excellent, within walking distance of attractions and shopping.

We recently stayed at Radh Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially when one of us had health issues. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the reasonably priced food at ALC Restaurant. The location of the hotel, near the temple and Kandy lake, was perfect. The hotel itself had a modern and elegant ambiance, with beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms. We were impressed by the attention to detail, from the welcome drink to the fruit platter in our room. a highly recommended stay.

The Christmas decorations were really nice and reminded me of home. We got free cookies and eggnog which was a nice surprise. the hotel was close to the city center and we could easily walk to everything. the view of the mountains was really amazing from our room.

The heating in the room was broken and it was really cold. We had to ask for extra blankets which took a while to arrive.

This centrally located hotel impressed me in every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay memorable. The rooms were neat, with an amazing bed and fantastic bathroom. The hotel's elegant design and efficient use of space stood out, with no plastic in sight. The spa was excellent, with a masseuse who went above and beyond. The hotel's proximity to the world-famous Tooth Relic Temple and its convenient location in the heart of the city made it a perfect choice.

The only area that could be improved upon was the breakfast selection.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, but still peaceful at night. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist us. The overall ambiance of the hotel is fantastic and everything appears new and spotless. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of Sri Lankan and Western options, which was more than sufficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a complimentary minibar with snacks and drinks. The wifi worked well throughout the entire hotel.

I felt right at home during my stay and had absolutely no reason to complain.
