My wife and I recently enjoyed an exceptional stay at Prestige Rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with organizing a transfer service and offering great recommendations for exploring the city. The location was perfect, and the staff's attention to detail, like reaching out before our stay and providing a detailed video on how to find the hotel, made us feel well taken care of. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. We especially appreciated the complimentary snacks and water, as well as the espresso machine for a morning boost. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was right next to the main shopping street. We enjoyed strolling down the street and exploring the various shops and boutiques. Additionally, the hotel was quite close to the subway station, making it easy for us to navigate around the city. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and attentive to our requests, ensuring that our stay was pleasant.

The breakfast offered by a local pastry company didn't always meet our expectations. We experienced some delays and mix-ups with the delivery, which resulted in us missing out on a proper breakfast on a couple of occasions.

The location in Quartiere Chiaia was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

We also appreciated the complementary shuttle service to and from the airport, which made our arrival and departure stress-free.

The reception is only open during limited hours, which can be inconvenient if you have an early or late check-in/out. although our room was comfortable and spacious, it did face a busy street, which made it noisy at times.
