I stayed at The Rock House in Katunayake for a night before catching my flight. Despite arriving at 7am, they allowed me to check in early and the spacious room with a comfortable bed was perfect after a long journey. The AC kept the room cool, and they even arranged a tuk-tuk for my airport transfer. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and just far enough from the main road. The host was helpful, providing great suggestions for ATM and restaurant locations. Breakfast was excellent and could be made vegan upon request. I will definitely recommend and return.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Rock House and had a wonderful experience. The owner was friendly and accommodating, letting us check in early and even making us lunch. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beautiful garden added to the ambiance. Rock House was the perfect place to rest after a tiring night at the airport. Highly recommended for solo travelers or families looking for a cozy and welcoming stay. The host also helped us exchange money and provided brilliant fiber optic wifi. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
