The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the beach and there is a supermarket right next door, making it easy to access essential supplies during the stay. The proximity to the beach allows guests to enjoy a relaxing day by the sea, while the supermarket makes it convenient to buy groceries or other necessities without having to travel far. according to the reviews provided, Maroon's Supermarket is located on the ground floor, making it even more accessible for guests staying at the hotel.

The hotel lacks some basic amenities such as a hairdryer and at times fails to replenish toilet paper supplies.

I stayed at Riyan for 3 weeks for work and felt like I was coming home every day. The staff, especially Paul and Fatima Baks, were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to the beach and peaceful. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The pool was regularly cleaned and the surrounding plants added a nice touch. Plus, having a supermarket next door was convenient. We will definitely return!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The Riyan apartments were excellent value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was great, away from the busy strip but still within walking distance to the beach and local amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our holiday perfect.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riyans Apartments! The relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and returning guests made us feel right at home. The security was excellent, ensuring safety without being overbearing. It was refreshing to have our Gambian friends visit us, unlike other hotels we've stayed in. The apartments were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including working appliances and efficient air conditioning. The manageress, Becky, was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

We felt like it was our own home, without any complaints at all.
