My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fabulous! the breathtaking views from the balcony and pool area were truly mesmerizing. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Ella town, providing a peaceful retreat. the freshly cooked breakfast served on the quiet terrace was a delightful way to start the day. I loved the easy access to Little Adam's Peak and Nine Arch Bridge, ideal for exploring the stunning surroundings.

One small area for improvement could be the room maintenance. A fresh coat of paint and better marking for steps would enhance the overall experience.

From their warm and friendly attitude to their willingness to assist us, we felt so well taken care of. the location of the hotel, nestled on a hill with breathtaking views that include the nine arches bridge, was absolutely stunning. We even took a leisurely walk to the bridge, enjoying the scenery before breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the generous portions and delicious options made for a great start to our day. Another bonus was the hotel's own Tuktuk, which provided convenient transportation to Ella town if needed. Thank you, Tip Top Boutique, for a wonderful stay!

The location of the hotel is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains, paddy fields, and even the nine arches bridge. Guests can enjoy these views from their spacious and clean rooms, as well as from the terrace while sipping a refreshing drink. The staff at the hotel is highly professional and friendly, always going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and generous in portions, ensuring a great start to the day.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a bottle opener in the minibar.

The view from the hotel is absolutely incredible, with a panoramic vista of the valley and the famous nine arches bridge. I was mesmerized by the breathtaking scenery during my stay at Tip Top Boutique. the staff, especially Rajeev, provided exceptional service, sharing insightful information about the local area and Sri Lanka. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large windows offering the best view I've ever seen. the hotel's location was convenient, just a short tuk-tuk ride away from Ella town. I also loved the proximity to the nine arches bridge and Little Adam's Peak. the value for money was excellent, and I didn't want to leave this peaceful and friendly retreat.
