Uga Bay exceeded expectations with impeccable service, intimate atmosphere, and a stunning beach location. The staff was caring, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The well-maintained rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The Sri Lankan cuisine was a highlight at breakfast and dinner.

Located on the beach, Uga Bay offers a peaceful and idyllic setting for relaxation. The rooms are clean, modern, and of good size, with evening turndown service provided. The beach is stunning, with silicone white sand and comfortable sunbeds. The dining room offers a choice of excellent food, and the staff at reception are friendly and welcoming. The infinity pool is beautiful and well-maintained.

The service at the main bar can be slow, with drinks taking a while to be served.

We had a fantastic time at Uga Bay! Our stay was for 5 days and it was perfect for our beach getaway. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The dinners at the hotel were especially delicious. The beach was beautiful and the landscaping was stunning compared to other hotels in the area. We loved the spacious and comfortable Beach Studio, as well as the cozy bed and pillows. The large pool and comfortable sun loungers were a great addition. The beach bar/restaurant served tasty snacks and amazing cocktails. The staff throughout the hotel were always friendly and quick to assist with any queries. We would definitely return!

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the attentive and personalized service to the luxurious amenities provided, everything exceeded my expectations. the swimming pool and garden area were pristine, offering a perfect and relaxing environment.

The only minor issue was the limited variety of dishes offered in the restaurant. Despite the high quality and delicious taste of each plate, adding a few more options would improve the dining experience.

Spent my new year at a hotel in the East coast of Sri Lanka. the location of the property was perfect as it was situated on the beach and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved how the hotel had a private pool in the villa, perfect for a dip during a hot day. the hotel staff was hospitable and welcoming, always ready to help. the buffet had a lot of variety and the action station for dinner was amazing.

The quantity of food at the buffet was often low and it took too long for ordered items to arrive, especially during breakfast. the hotel lacked entertainment options.
