We had a fantastic time at the lodge. the owners and staff were incredibly friendly and professional. the building itself is beautiful, and the location next to the river is excellent. We were impressed with the attention to detail throughout our stay. Our guide, Etta, was fabulous and provided an excellent experience during our visit to Addo nature reserve. the Africa Suite where we stayed was spacious and had a newly renovated bathroom and a huge, comfortable bed. the location was convenient, within walking distance to one of the few restaurants/pubs in town. the breakfast was outstanding, especially the freshly squeezed juice.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful riverside lodge near Port Elizabeth. the hosts Etta and Derek were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. the lodge had stunning views of the river, and our room was intricately decorated with a unique theme. Etta went above and beyond to make us feel at home, sharing her knowledge of animals and gemstone collections. We even got to meet their adorable schnauzers, Bella and Otto. the breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended for a homely and unforgettable experience.

The lodge itself was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff and owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. the breakfasts were delicious, especially when enjoyed on the verandah with a view of the river. the location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby national park.

While the lodge itself was great, the surrounding area didn't have much to offer. However, it served as a perfect place to rest before heading out to the national park.
