The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and local eateries.

The approach road to the hotel was quite narrow and could be challenging to navigate, especially for first-time visitors. It would have been helpful to have some warning about this beforehand.

Great location, calm and green area, short walk from town. Amazing view across the valley. Best breakfast in Sri Lanka. Clean and well-equipped rooms with lovely terrace. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money. Highly recommended for future stays.

Basic but very clean rooms with a clean bathroom. View on Ella rock from the balcony. Quiet location. Helpful hosts who provide great tips for the location and surroundings. No problem in organising further transportation
