We had a fantastic time at this hotel during our New Year's stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our experience memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and lovely bed linen. We especially loved the amazing water pressure in the shower, it felt like a spa treatment! Plus, the beautiful tea estate view from the balcony added a touch of tranquility to our mornings.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast provided was simple and the omelette was a bit over-salted.

The attic room was a dream! It was cozy, warm, comfortable, and just the right size. The views of the rolling tea fields were absolutely jaw-dropping. The location of the guesthouse was ideal, being just a 2-minute drive from a beautiful lake and the town center. The bath was a delightful treat with ample hot water for a super relaxing experience. The breakfast served was lovely, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and offered great tips on local attractions. Highly recommended for a fantastic stay!

the check-in process was quick and efficient, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. the lobby had a lovely fragrance of lemon grass, and we were welcomed with a delicious ginger cookie for our afternoon tea. I also appreciated the convenience of having a take-away breakfast prepared for our early morning trip to Horton Plains. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was impressed with the comfortable beds and the warm ambiance of the lounge area. Plus, being able to enjoy a cup of tea added to the charm of this villa.

villa tea fields in nuwara eliya was even better this time! the property managers were so helpful and friendly, arranging transport and providing information. the beautiful furnishings, comfy bed, and clean bathrooms made it feel like a home. loved the free bikes and the short distance to the lake and town center. the breakfast was excellent, and the parting gift of ceylon tea was a lovely touch!

The town is unique and Villa Tea Fields is a wonderful stay that we highly recommend. the staff were attentive and kind, providing us with great recommendations and even giving us tea to take away. the location in the middle of the tea fields is beautiful and peaceful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the tour of the tea fields with a spectacular view was a highlight. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time.

The hospitality at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always attentive. They even provided a lovely take away breakfast when we had to leave early for a tour. Additionally, the hotel had a new style of accommodations, which gave it a unique charm.

We stayed at Villa Tea Fields for one night in the deluxe room on the 2nd floor. The duvets were amazingly soft and comfortable, and the spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise. The location was stunning, surrounded by tea fields and a peaceful 20-minute walk to the town by the lake. The attic room was cozy and comfortable, even better than the pictures. The staff, especially Ama, the Resort Manager, provided excellent service and helpful information. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast omelette was delicious. The setting was peaceful and the upstairs patio overlooking the tea fields was a heavenly spot for morning coffee.

The staff were always happy to help and even organized activities for us. a super comfy and enjoyable stay!

Despite the cold and wet weather outside, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. the highlight was the huge bathtub overlooking the tea fields and the incredibly cozy beds. We even got a private tour of the tea fields with a breathtaking view. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.
