Beautiful ocean view rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff, clean beach with gentle waves for swimming and surfing, amazing service from Pamuditha and bartenders, great location for both relaxation and water activities.

Our room was fantastic with a beautiful view. The pool and beach were lovely and clean. I enjoyed the delicious Asian dishes at the restaurant. The hotel offered great activities, from surf lessons to kids club. I recommend this hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities, including the spa and outdoor swimming pool, were top-notch. the beach access was a major plus and the sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the hotel staff was attentive and provided excellent service.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment options. we found plenty of leisure activities in the surrounding areas.

As a budget traveler, the location of this hotel is ideal - right on the beach with fine, soft sand. You can enjoy the stunning view of the Indian Ocean from your room. If you're looking for more dining options, you can take a quick trip to Mirissa beach which is nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was immense, with a wide range of delicious Sri Lankan and Indian dishes.

The gym was small and lacked proper air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to exercise.

Our experience at Marriott Weligama Bay was fantastic. the resort is beautiful, with great amenities such as pools, direct beach access, and good restaurants. the view of Weligama bay is breathtaking. the staff, particularly Navodaya and Yashoda, were outstanding and made us feel welcome. the room was spacious and modern, and we even got a free upgrade to a higher floor. the food at the buffet was delicious, especially the Asian cuisine. the kids club was impressive, and our daughter loved it. we highly recommend Marriott Weligama Bay.
