We were able to easily explore all the major attractions as everything was fairly close by. The views from the rooftop terrazzo were breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The views from the rooftop were simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city.

That the noise from outside occasionally disrupted our peaceful stay, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fantastic experience.

The hot water in the shower was reliable, which can be a rarity in some places. The location was unbeatable, right by the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. We were amazed by the magnificent vaulted, painted ceilings and lovely decor touches. The large bed, spacious kitchen/dining room, and two bathrooms made us feel like royalty. The view from the bedroom window overlooking the Lungarno and the river was stunning. The building porter, Tiago, was incredibly helpful, and the rooftop terrazzo offered breathtaking views of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. Despite a few minor issues like a small shower and limited washing up liquid and bin space, we truly enjoyed our stay. The location, views, and character of this place make it a must-visit in Florence. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful stay at Palazzo Capponi! I stayed for a few days and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The ground floor apartment was incredibly spacious and had stunning vaulted, painted ceilings. The decor touches added a lovely charm to the place. Being located straight across the Arno from the Uffizi and a stones throw from the Ponte Vecchio was perfect. The large, comfortable bed, huge kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms, and extra sitting-room made me feel like a princess. And that view from the bedroom window of the Lungarno and the river was simply beautiful!

We had an amazing time at Palazzo Capponi during our recent trip to Florence. The stunning panoramic view of the city from the terraces was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was well thought out and gave us a sense of the city's vibrancy. The location right on the Arno River was ideal and allowed us to enjoy the city without being in the midst of the hustle and bustle. Guido was also very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at this restored old palace operated by the Capponi family for a few days. The location is unbeatable, just across the river from all the famous landmarks in Florence. The apartment was spacious with a lovely view of the river and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and store our luggage. The neighborhood was beautiful and less crowded than the tourist areas, with excellent bakery and supermarket options nearby.
