The staff at Ramada were excellent, always efficient and friendly. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The rooftop bar had a delicious grilled menu, and the views were stunning. I had a great time with my family at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect as it was not far from the town center and we were able to easily explore the beautiful sights of the city. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and the food was delicious. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find a Chinese grocery store nearby, which was convenient for us. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to the bell staff/porter, everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The housekeeping and laundry services were also top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The airport shuttle service was a great convenience and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the garden furniture on the terrace was a lovely addition.

We highly recommend this place to others.

The location was excellent, as we were able to visit the main tourist spots in the city easily. We also enjoyed having the rooftop restaurant with great food and astonishing views.

When inquiring about the restaurant menu, we were coldly dismissed because of how busy they were, which is unacceptable for any hotel. the breakfast options were quite limited.
