The Bank Hotel exceeded all of our expectations with its mind-blowing newness and jaw-dropping beauty. The staff were super professional and kind, adding to the amazing experience. The Piggy Bank dessert is a must-try! The location is perfect for exploring the nearby neighborhoods. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast in the gorgeous dining room was absolutely delicious. The hotel offers free wi-fi in public areas, luggage storage, 24-hour reception and security, a bar/lounge area, and coffee/tea in the lobby. The restaurant buffet and snack bar were fantastic. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and the picnic area with tables. The paid shuttle service was convenient, and the fitness centre offered relaxing facial, massage, and beauty treatments. The laundry service was reliable and the lift made it easy to access all areas of the hotel. VIP check-in/out made us feel special. The continental breakfast was satisfying, and the children's buffet was a great touch. The hotel even offered babysitting services for families. The wheelchair access was appreciated, and the no pets allowed and no smoking policy added to the clean and comfortable atmosphere. We can't wait to come back!

Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and the staff took excellent care of us. the central location was perfect for exploring the city, and being in a quiet street ensured a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfast was exceptional, with delicious scrambled eggs and a wide variety of high-quality food.

I recently stayed at the Bank Hotel for a few days while visiting Stockholm. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home after a long night of travel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to green spaces, the underground, and Old Town. Bonnie's restaurant on the ground floor served a fantastic breakfast, which was a great way to start my mornings. The little attentions to detail in the room, like the personalized messages and treats left each night, were a lovely touch. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city with vibrant nightlife and is right near all the typical tourist attractions. The room and bathroom are stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, and the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, the hotel offers a lovely roof terrace bar with amazing views.

As low-budget travellers, we loved the central location and boutique feel of the hotel. The check-in staff were helpful and informative, and the ambiance and decor were beautiful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The rooftop bar offered fantastic views and a great place to relax. The rooms were comfortable and well-presented, with a nice view from our 5th floor room. The staff, especially Michelle, made our stay delightful.

Arriving at this hotel was like entering a luxury palace. the room was elegantly decorated with modern design and a comfortable bed, providing an exclusive atmosphere. the breakfast was exceptional and included special diet menus. the in-room breakfast had diverse high-quality dishes. the bar/lounge area was perfect for drinks, with a good collection of brands and a massive cocktail list. The private facilities added an extra touch of luxury, with Dyptique shower goodies gel, for a great shower experience. Cons: the hotel could improve by having a live entertainment program, massage or beauty treatment options. the room could have more space and options to relax.

This hotel was the perfect base for our city trip. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I loved the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and the fact that we were only a short walk away from all the main attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a great selection of dishes to choose from.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable and there was a small leak in the bathroom. We also noticed some leftover food on the floor when we arrived and had to ask twice to have it cleaned.
