Conveniently located within walking distance to various amenities. Had a great view of the lake from the room on the 5th floor. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and comfortable beds. The sky sauna and gym provided a great way to relax and stay active during my stay. The location was convenient, being close to the city center and within walking distance of Västerås Resecentrum.

The only drawback was the expensive car parking, which was not facilitated by the hotel. It would have been better if the hotel had negotiated a better parking deal for guests.
