The service at this hotel was incredible! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us with any requests or needs we had. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide array of delicious Swedish delicacies to choose from. It was the perfect way to start off our day and kept us fueled for our adventures. the location of the hotel was top-notch. It was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy all the shopping, dining, and sightseeing spots.

The wifi at the hotel was quite poor, which was a bit disappointing. It was difficult for us to stay connected and we ended up having to rely on our own data most of the time.

Not one thing.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. Its location right in the city center made it so convenient for us to explore all the attractions. We were able to easily access the hotel by walking from the railway station, which was a huge plus. The service provided was top-notch, with 24-hour room service available and the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were exceptional, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, such as a sauna and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

Located right in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring Västerås. With its prime location opposite the bus station, it is easily accessible by foot from the railway station. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options, ensuring a great start to the day. The friendly staff offer excellent service and are always ready to assist.

Some guests mentioned that the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the hallway and other rooms could be heard during the night.

Great location, within walking distance to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast buffet and evening meals were delicious, with a good variety of options. The complimentary coffee and snacks in the afternoon were a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were a little warm and stuffy, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The bathroom could use some updates, as it looked a bit outdated.

Unexpected

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with shopping, culture, and restaurants nearby. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. My room, number 322, was spacious and filled with natural light. I had opted for a "Clarion Collection room" which came with extra amenities such as coffee and tea facilities, bathrobes, and quality toiletries. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the variety of TV channels available. The WiFi worked well, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of Swedish delicacies, including porridge. The hotel also offered complimentary evening buffets and afternoon coffee for guests. The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the main dish of chicken with fried potatoes and Gorgonzola sauce. Only minor downsides were the need for a bathroom renovation and the slightly dangerous placement of a bottle opener on the door frame. Despite these small issues, I had a fantastic two-night stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a shorter visit.
