The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the central city and the T-bana station. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood that was still close to the center of the city. I loved being able to open my window at night and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The service at this place was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. They even made arrangements for me to rest before check-in time at the reception desk. The amenities in the room were excellent, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area was comfortable and the in-room safe provided peace of mind. the level of comfort and quality provided by this hotel was outstanding.

Great value for money with a wide range of tasty meals and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the city center. The room was spacious and the facilities clean and well-designed. The sauna and fitness center were an added bonus, although we didn't have time to use them.

For breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have more variety of hot food options.

The hotel had a great welcoming service with fresh coffee available all day. the location was very convenient, close to transportation and great dining options. the convenience of breakfast and dinner at the hotel was a big plus, as were the social areas provided for guests to chat with friends.

The room was dated and sound insulation was poor. the wooden floor made a lot of noise and people in the next room could be heard talking.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room size was adequate, the beds were comfy, the breakfast and dinner spread was amazing, the half-board arrangement was a great deal.

We couldn't believe the excellent value of this hotel! To have an all-you-can-eat buffet for breakfast and evening meal and homemade cake every afternoon with free tea and coffee on tap saved us hundreds of pounds and made this a very cheap holiday for 4 adults in a European city. Supermarket and shopping plaza close by, as is Stadion underground station which you can get right from Central coach station stop making this hotel easily accessible from the airport. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff friendly very helpful. We will be recommending this hotel and would definitely stay again if we decided to go back to Stockholm.
