The check-in process is a breeze, either at the bar or with a tablet. You can enjoy a fantastic breakfast to fuel your day of exploring, and the hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront for easy access to ferries. We had a great stay in a hotel located right in the centre of the city, just a short walk from the central station and the mall. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the waterfront. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. the location and facilities were perfect for our family with 2 small kids.

The sound isolation between rooms was very poor, and we could hear everything from our neighbors and the corridor throughout the night.

Conveniently located near a quiet station with buses and trams. Walkable distance to central area. Super friendly and happy staff. Amazing breakfast buffet, open until noon on Sundays. Highly recommended stay!

The breakfast spread was nice, and there was enough for everyone even during the busy Thanksgiving weekend. the beds were also very comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel was located near a bus stop and a train station, which made it easy to get around.

The state of the room was not up to par. the tiles in the showers were moldy, and the shower doors were not properly sealed.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Stenpiren dock and the Stadsmusseum, with the train station just a 13-minute walk away. The sauna was a perfect way to relax after a rainy day, and the gym, although we didn't have a chance to use it, looked incredibly clean and well-equipped. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, ensuring we had something different each day.
