On the upside, the hotel's location was convenient, with top hotels nearby and easy access to the main bus platform. Despite its central location, the hotel was in a quieter area. The room size was spacious, and the bathroom had enough space for our toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful. it was good value for money considering the facilities and the breakfast, although somewhat limited, was enjoyable.

The room we stayed in was in the basement with no real windows, not like the pictures shown online. The bed was uncomfortable and the cleanliness was questionable with sticky spots on the floor.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, with multiple bus lines just steps away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and a well-appointed bathroom. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the city center meant that everything was within easy reach. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The restaurant service could use some improvement, as there were long waits and occasional understaffing issues.

Generous solutions throughout the hotel, including a bike-parking option. Delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit and tasty coffee. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great value and comfort! Wonderful stylish hotel with excellent staff. Bountiful breakfast with many options including soft-boiled eggs, bacon, marinated herring and more. the location was fantastic too, close to the center of the city, shops, restaurants, and the river.

The bathroom flooded every time we showered and the desk chair was not adjustable, which made it a bit uncomfortable for desk work. finding parking in the hotel carpark was difficult and expensive, but there was a cheaper nearby parking station.

The value for money at Elite was great! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to the city center and the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

For breakfast, more hot food options would have made it even better.
