The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. They went above and beyond, even coming out late at night to open our room when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The room was lovely and clean with great facilities. The added bonus of a laundry room with a low cost per load was convenient, and the option to dry clothes outside was a plus. The swimming pool and hot tub provided relaxation after a sunny day. The location was close to nearby shops and a short drive to the city.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially for families with swings, a trampoline, tennis court, and swimming pool. Parking was plentiful, even for trailers. The hotel was conveniently located within easy walking distance to shops and food outlets. The staff member who checked us in was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome.

Owners were most obliging and couldn't do enough to try and help us, offered a late checkout at no extra cost due to family emergency. The room was spacious and clean, with fantastic kitchen facilities, shower pressure and blockout curtains. The facilities overall were fantastic, especially with there being swings and a trampoline for children.

The unit I stayed in at Bethlehem Motor Inn had a kitchenette and separate bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with everything I needed. Comfortable and convenient stay for my city trip. the bed was super comfy and the room was very clean, modern, and cozy. the staff were accommodating and welcoming. I also loved the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast. It was the perfect way to start my day!

The bathroom could use some updating, especially the towel rack which was too close to the toilet. the shower was a bit slippery and could use a mat to prevent accidents.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to Mills Reef Winery and a shopping center. the room was spacious and clean, with a great spa bath. the shower had excellent water pressure. the hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

There was some noise disturbance from wedding guests partying late into the night. the wifi code had to be obtained daily, which was a bit inconvenient.

Additionally, it was great to be able to walk to the nearby shopping hub. The hotel itself was impressive, with spacious parking and clean, decent-sized rooms. We were particularly pleased with the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a lovely swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and even a tennis court for some fun outdoor activities. The room had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable sitting area. we were highly satisfied with the quality services and enhanced comfort offered at this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the spotless clean rooms and the comfortable beds, which made our stay very cozy. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to the main venue we needed to go to. This made it convenient for us to travel back and forth easily.

The only drawback we noticed was that some areas of the hotel were showing signs of wear and tear, such as a damaged bathroom cupboard. Moreover, the sofa beds were not very comfortable for sitting.

The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The on-site facilities such as the swimming pool, BBQ area, and garden added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
