The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being placed on the park side to avoid any extra noise. The location was perfect, with easy access to Liseberg amusement park and the city center. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of tasty options to choose from. The pancakes with cream and jam were a definite highlight. We can't wait to visit again!

The staff was incredibly helpful, the view from the upper floor windows was magnificent, convenient location with a bus stop across the street and shopping nearby, lovely breakfast buffet, well-equipped gym and spa facilities.

The breakfast spread was really good and they even offered complimentary chocolates in the room. The hotel's location was great, close to public transportation and a couple of restaurants and convenience stores. Our room had a nice view of the city skyline, which was a plus.

Easter weekend was a bit of a disaster here. The hotel was overcrowded with families and kids running around everywhere, making it hard to relax.

The business center is lacking, with no printer and it's difficult to get help for printing needs.
