The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown shopping area and supermarket, making it easy to access everything you need. The friendly staff, although inexperienced, provide a clean and pleasant environment. The breakfast served is fresh and satisfying, and the view from some of the rooms over the lake is absolutely lovely.

The reception process needs improvement.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the stunning lake scenery right outside my window. The pool was also a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The staff was friendly, even though they may have been inexperienced. They tried their best to assist me during my stay. Additionally, the room was clean and tidy, which is always a plus. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to everything I needed.

Christmas at this hotel was a letdown. The only food on offer for Friday night was a prawn buffet, which was tasteless and disappointing. On Sunday, there was no food available, and reception seemed to close early. For the amount we paid, the rooms were outdated and not worth the price. our stay was not worth the money.
