Had a great Xmas stay at this city center hotel. the breakfast was amazing with a vast selection of cold and hot foods to choose from, and the hot drinks were just perfect. the location was perfect, right across the casino and within walking distance to the old town, with its stunning historic buildings. We enjoyed strolling around the area and taking in the beautiful architecture. One of the highlights was the friendly and helpful reception staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room we stayed in was quite small and dated. the furniture looked worn out and could do with an upgrade.

We opted for a junior suite at First Hotel and it was a great choice. the room was spacious and had a luxurious sauna in the bathroom. the shower was fantastic with a double-headed rainfall and handheld option. the bed was comfortable and the modern decor added to the overall experience. the location of the hotel, near the railway station and city centre, was perfect for exploring Sundsvall. the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh berries, cereals, bacon, scrambled eggs.

the room was spacious and equipped with excellent blackout curtains and a fan. I was pleased to find a good amount of outlets, making it convenient to charge my devices. the location of the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. the breakfast offered a large selection of delicious dishes.
