Celebrated New Year at this charming hotel. Impressed by the historical ambiance and personalized touches. The helpful and knowledgeable staff made our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was a treat, with a wide variety of options. The hotel's central location made it easily accessible via air, train, car, or public transport. An added advantage was the hotel's lobby, where we could enjoy complimentary coffee/tea/refreshments throughout the day.

Although the hotel's heritage status prevented the installation of air-conditioning, the lack of it made the summers uncomfortable. The proximity to a tram line and a busy road caused noise disturbances, making it difficult to sleep with the windows open.
