Nice bungalows and garden. 10 minutes from Tortuguero. The accommodations are tasteful and rustic, allowing you to connect with nature and relax. Multiple places to relax with comfortable furniture and hammocks. Pool and oceanside views. Friendly and helpful staff. Sustainable practices, such as a biodigester. Beautiful grounds and amazing location surrounded by nature. Easy access to the village and water taxi. Lovely pool area, bar, and menu. Very good breakfast options. Comfortable beds and good night's sleep.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

We stayed at a perfect location that was very quiet, yet within walking distance of the town. the lodge had beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool. the rooms were nice and clean, although the bathroom could use some updating. the location itself was amazing, with a variety of animals to see, including iguanas and birds. the staff were friendly and the guides were knowledgeable. the lodge offered plenty of activities to keep us entertained. the decoration of the lodge and cabins added to the overall charm. Despite the thin walls, we had no trouble sleeping.

Not obvious to find.

The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the beach, river, and town. The hotel grounds and common areas were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious. The staff members, particularly Jorge, Daniel, and Andy, were superb and provided excellent service. The property offered a free nature tour which was a great experience. The rooms, although basic and rustic, were comfortable and clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and screens on the windows to keep bugs out. the hotel provided a true jungle experience with its beautiful surroundings and wildlife.

Can't fault anything about it.

The beauty of the grounds, the stunning facilities, and the abundance of wildlife were all wonderful surprises in this remote location. We were able to see many animals and birds right within the lodge premises, which was a truly amazing experience. Our suite was beyond amazing, and the spacious washroom even had a convenient area for drying our clothes. the sounds of birds singing outside our windows and the distant sea and river added to the tranquil atmosphere. Being within walking distance of Tortuguero was a huge bonus, and we highly recommend visiting the unique Katonga floating restaurant for an unforgettable dining experience. the exceptional communication and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated.
