As young families, we loved the well-decorated rooms and comfortable beds. The JQ lounge offered a nice place to relax with a view over the city. Gogogaga skybar had fantastic breakfast and dinner options, with an assortment of Asian tapas to choose from. The hotel also provided a warm welcome to our furry friend, allowing our dog to join us almost everywhere.

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition. The lights on one side of the bed were not working, slightly inconvenient.

Our stay here was luxurious and we were impressed with the exclusive facilities offered. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with heated swimming and sun loungers that were perfect for relaxing. The room was well-appointed, with private facilities and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the in-room breakfast and the restaurant had a great selection of dishes.

One minor issue we found was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, we were thoroughly impressed with the spa and wellness centre, which offered a range of services including massage and a spa lounge.

our overnight stopping in gothenburg was made even better by jacyz. exceeded expectations with excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a welcoming attitude towards pets. will definitely return and recommend.
