As young families, we loved the well-decorated rooms and comfortable beds. The JQ lounge offered a nice place to relax with a view over the city. Gogogaga skybar had fantastic breakfast and dinner options, with an assortment of Asian tapas to choose from. The hotel also provided a warm welcome to our furry friend, allowing our dog to join us almost everywhere.

Felt very homey, no complaints.

Comfortable and clean rooms with a great shower. Interesting building and interior design that makes for an enjoyable experience. the staff is pleasant and friendly. the hotel's ground floor bar is cheaper and offers great billiard and shuffle board games.

Small rooms that are overpriced. the pool and spa are comparatively small, with overpriced drinks.

The room at Jacyz was small but beautifully decorated, making the most of the space. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Despite arriving late, the vibrant atmosphere in the lobby felt like stepping into a lively club. The JQ lounge provided a relaxing setting with a stunning view of the city. Gogogaga skybar served a delicious breakfast and dinner, offering an assortment of Asian tapas. Although small, Pachanga pool club was enjoyable. I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the food.

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition. The lights on one side of the bed were not working, slightly inconvenient.

the rooftop pool was a highlight, with heated swimming and sun loungers that were perfect for relaxing. the room was well-appointed, with private facilities and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the in-room breakfast and the restaurant had a great selection of dishes.

One minor issue we found was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, we were thoroughly impressed with the spa and wellness centre, which offered a range of services including massage and a spa lounge.

Ground floor bar cheaper. Billiard table and shuffleboard. Great breakfast and dinner at skybar. Pachanga pool club is alright. Enjoyable stay with good food. No queue at check-in. Interesting building and interior design. Pleasant staff. Clean and comfortable. Great shower. Very quiet.
