the reception staff were so unwelcoming, it was like visiting a tax office. missing breakfast because it ended at 10? unforgivable. absolutely expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but I guess I’m not special enough. the whole experience was lacking, almost good but just couldn’t bring myself to give more than a 7.0.

Had a surprisingly nice experience at this hotel. The room was small but comfy, with all the essentials and a view of that iconic Turning Torso which I really appreciated. The breakfast was decent, passable, and enough to kick start my day without feeling too heavy. during my stay, I loved being just a few steps away from the beautiful Stapelbaddsparken, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and it was a short walk of about 700 meters to the iconic Turning Torso, which made my city explorations all the more enjoyable.

such a lovely hotel, if you like rowdy kids running amok, banging doors till dawn. breakfast was truly a delightful experience, like being in a school canteen. i expected a complimentary gesture for all my inconveniences, but i guess i’m just too special for that. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The exceptional breakfast options, particularly the vegan selections, significantly enhanced my stay. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the beach and the availability of bicycle rentals allowed for an enjoyable exploration of Malmö.

During my stay, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. I noticed dust and grime in the corners of my room, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast options felt underwhelming and repetitive, lacking variety and freshness throughout my visit.

Had a fantastic encounter with the staff who really went out of their way to make my stay special. My room was clean and inviting with a cozy bed that felt like a cloud, and the breakfast was top-notch with a nice variety.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but pretty much what you'd expect from a hotel like this.

my husband and i had a fantastic stay at best western plus! the reception team was super friendly and helpful. our room on the 7th floor was clean, with a huge bathroom and a comfy bed. it was just a short walk to ribersborg beach and close to bus stops too. plus, the breakfast had delicious options like meatballs and pain au chocolat!
