The hotel is conveniently located near beautiful beaches like los Cristiano's port and is within close proximity to shops and restaurants. It is also well-positioned to explore all the main places up-and-down the coast. The rooms are comfortable and offer stunning views from the balconies. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast options are delicious. Additionally, the hotel offers a minibus service into Puerto de la Cruz, adding convenience to your stay.

One drawback is the limited parking space available at the hotel.

Great kitchen, complimentary bus shuttle to center, walking paths to banana plantations and beaches, nearby athletic stadium, canarian food restaurant, spotlessly clean rooms.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent - we got so much for what we paid. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the well-maintained rooms in the photos on the website to the stunning views from our separate large bedroom. The comfortable 2 single beds ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide range of options to suit different tastes, although the quality of some items was sometimes questionable.

All in all, our stay was fantastic, with no major issues to mention.

I stayed at Panoramica Garden for 3 nights to explore the north, and it was perfect. The view from the upper level was marvelous, with breathtaking sunsets over the sea and city views with mountains. The staff went above and beyond, always helpful. The food was delicious and portions were generous. The initial appearance was clean, and I was given an apartment that met my additional requests. Checkin and Checkout were simple, and breakfast had a satisfactory choice. Beautiful ocean view, calm atmosphere, and helpful people made it a great hotel.
