Our little family of three with a 1,5 year old loved everything about the hotel! Exceptional staff, delicious breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, perfect location. Tram and ferry nearby, great sights within walking distance. The Bakery around the corner is perfect for casual dinners.

The hotel's location next to the ABBA Museum and Gröna Lund amusement park made it incredibly convenient to explore these attractions. The tram stop right outside the hotel made it easy to get to the central station and the ferry terminal for a quick ride to the old town. The cleanliness of the rooms and the stylish and cozy atmosphere were impressive. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast, with its al carte and buffet options, was top-notch. The hotel even went above and beyond by preparing a delicious breakfast bag for our early departure.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the desk where tickets are purchased for the Museum, making it convenient to explore the attractions. Additionally, it is situated next to a tram stop which takes you directly into downtown, allowing for easy access to the city center. The hotel is also close to all the places we wanted to visit by foot, saving us time and transportation costs. The rooms were modern, spacious, and comfortable, with the added benefit of a small balcony and window that could be opened. The staff members were lovely, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the start. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegan food, ensuring that there was something for everyone. the hotel provided a convenient and comfortable stay in a great location.

Sometimes the lobby area can get crowded, especially since there is no separated entrance for the museum guests. However, the staff handles the situation well and tries their best to manage the crowd.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the vibrant atmosphere surrounding the ABBA museum, creating a lively yet casual ambience. The check-in process was smooth, although I had to wait for a short while.

My room was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the bathroom design, which did not offer enough storage space for toiletries.

Secondly, the services provided were of top-notch quality. The staff was always available and friendly, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and even wedding services. We had a fantastic time in Stockholm, thanks to the Backstage Hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the ABBA Museum and other exciting attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a delightful view of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we enjoyed the convenient access to nearby affiliated hotels for dining options. The hotel's close proximity to Gröna Lund and Mama Mia added to the overall excitement of our trip.

This place is perfect for my visit. The location is great, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to the city center. I don't even need to go far to have a great time. The staff here is exceptional, so friendly and helpful. They made sure all my needs were met and even provided me with a welcome drink. The room amenities are top-notch, with a comfortable bed and delicious-smelling soap. I also loved having a bathtub in the room, it was so relaxing. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay here again.
