Superb breakfast with a wide range of vegan options that delighted my taste buds each morning.

The shower door seal didn’t work properly, causing the bathroom floor to get soaked after every use.

The hotel offers an excellent location right next to the Nordstan shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient to grab essentials or enjoy a shopping spree. The breakfast area is spacious, and I was pleased to see plenty of staff available, ensuring efficient service during peak hours. The proximity to the train station made commuting effortless, which is crucial for a business traveler like myself.

The room lacked adequate storage space for hanging clothes.

We loved that the hotel was right next to the central station and provided easy access to the tram we needed for our business meeting. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of vegan options, which was surprising and delightful for us. Additionally, the spacious and well-decorated room made our stay very comfortable.

The noise from the busy outside street was a bit disruptive at times.

I was thrilled with the breakfast spread—so many delicious options! The staff was helpful during peak hours, making dining smooth. Plus, the sauna was a delightful touch that met my Finnish expectations!

However, the air conditioning system was centralized and couldn't be adjusted, leading to discomfort.

In my wife’s opinion, a designated kids' play area would be great.

This place suits me perfectly with its wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and indoor swimming pool. I still remember how, on my first stay, the staff helped me with a phone charger. I definitely recommend checking out the breakfast options! I'm looking forward to my next city break.
