The location of the hotel was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore the city center and also had convenient access to the airport. the room design and overall atmosphere were exceptional, with stylish and well-thought-out decor. -We appreciated the convenience of self-check-in, which allowed us to arrive at any time and easily settle into our room.

Our room was situated in a basement with no outside ventilation, resulting in a moldy smell that was covered up by an unpleasant chemical scent. The extra services offered, such as transfer services, lacked organization and smoothness, causing us inconvenience and resulting in higher costs.

Great location near subway and restaurants, clean and bright rooms. Perfect for budget travelers.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being super close to the subway station and just a short walk away from the starting point of Tram 28. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a well-functioning bathroom and nice decor. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and they did a great job cleaning the room every day. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including eggs, bacon, cereal, bread, juices.

There were some stairs to climb as there was no elevator in the hotel property.

For the price, we got great value. The room was clean and comfy with a nice bathroom and shower. The location near the metro station was super convenient. The staff treated us wonderfully, especially the helper at breakfast who spoke excellent English.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel. Everything was clean and impeccable. The fact that we could check in and check out at any time of the day on our own was extremely convenient. The hotel is located in a perfect area, very close to the subway station and within arm's reach of everything. We were just a 15-20 minute walk away from the city center. The breakfast served in the lovely terrace-area with lemon trees and birds singing was very good, and the staff were wonderful too.

I especially enjoyed the tree-lined terrace where I could relax and have breakfast. a delightful experience!

The staff, especially Carolina, went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast options were amazing, with delicious eggs, fresh croissants, and Portuguese pastries. The indoor/outdoor common area was fantastic, and the location, just a block from the metro, was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-functioning bathroom, AC, and curtains that kept the room dark and cool. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
