my recent visit to stockholm was made even better by my stay at an amazing hotel. design hotels truly exceeded my expectations with their beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. the location next to the lake and park was an added bonus. highly recommend!

The staff were professional, attentive, and superb. The breakfast on the patio overlooking the lake was a treat. Dinner at the Michelin-rated restaurant was a highlight of our trip and we would gladly return just for the food and staff. The hotel is located in a quiet area outside of central Stockholm, but easily accessible by bus. Our junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with extra amenities like a coffee/tea maker and fridge. The bathroom upstairs in the loft was a godsend. The hotel itself is steeped in history and has a sympathetic designer decor. The front and back of house staff were fabulous, and the cocktails and food were wonderful. The location, next to a boating lake and surrounded by parks, was perfect for walks and exploring. It was also easy to walk, take the bus, or taxi into Stockholm for more activities.

We felt truly spoiled, with no reason to complain.

The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including dairy-free options for those with dietary restrictions.
