Beautiful lakefront location. Charming old house with clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly hosts and delicious homemade breakfast. Perfect for stargazing in the tollhouse.

Wow, what an amazing place! The location was outstanding with beautiful views of the lake. The room was spotless clean, newly renovated, and had a very comfortable bed. The hosts were extremely welcoming and made fantastic recommendations for dining and excursions. Breakfast was a treat with some homemade bread and rare specialties, making it extra special.

The private bathroom wasn't actually in our room, and it was shared with other guests. As a result, someone used my towel and there were no extra towels available in my room. It was a shame because the bathroom was newly renovated, but maybe locks on doors and extra towels could solve this issue.

The Lodge Torsby is a superb place to stay in the mountains of Sweden. The location, just by the river, offers outstandingly beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped with lovely views of the lake. The service provided by the owners is exceptional, with a warm and welcoming attitude. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options including homemade bread and delicious eggs.

Nearby dining options are limited, requiring a drive to find food.
