the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the coffee making facilities. the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was just off the tram stop, making it very convenient for exploring the city. One of the best perks was that they provided free tourist tickets for travel around the city and entry to some of the sights. it was a basic but comfortable hotel and I would definitely consider staying there again if I were to visit Basel.

Clean and silent room, helpful and friendly staff, excellent location close to Altstadt and Rhein, right next to the exhibition hall and on the main tram line with bus station across the road. The hotel facilities were up to the mark. The breakfast was satisfying and there were supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. I got what I paid for and even had the convenience of leaving my belongings after checkout.
