During our stay at Traube Tonbach, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. One particular incident stood out to me: when our beloved dog went missing, the entire hotel community rallied together to help find him. The genuine care and support we received during this stressful time were beyond anything we could have expected. It truly showcased the best qualities of the hotel and its staff. From the beautiful rooms with stunning views to the delicious meals and abundance of amenities, every aspect of our stay was top-notch. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were inviting and the surrounding area offered picturesque walks. The staff were always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I am grateful for the wonderful experience we had at Traube Tonbach and I highly recommend this hotel.

Here, I experienced an exclusively luxurious stay with outstanding amenities. the Spa & wellness centre had a wide range of treatments, including a heated indoor swimming pool, a steam room and a sauna. the massage was professional and relaxing. the gourmet restaurant had a perfect atmosphere, and every morning, I had an in-room breakfast that was always on time.

The make up services were average. the artist seemed rushed and did not pay enough attention to the application.
