I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in the heart of the town. the rooms were clean and cozy, with a lovely view. the alpine design mixed with modern touches was very appealing. the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great recommendations for restaurants. the location was both a plus and a minus, as it was central but a bit of a walk to the lifts. it was an excellent hotel with competitive prices, and I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel is AMAZING! It's super close to all the best restaurants and attractions, which made it really easy for us to explore the city on foot. We also loved the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of hot and cold foods, and the fact that the spa area was always clean and relaxing.

the staff seemed a bit hit or miss - some were really friendly and helpful, while others were a bit aloof and uninterested in providing good customer service. Finally, we did have some trouble finding our room when we arrived, and would have appreciated more support from the staff in this regard.
