As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the fabulous pool and spa facilities, perfect for relaxation after a long day of hiking. The breakfast spread was huge and varied, fueling us up for our treks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel provided a backpack for hiking, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I arrived, they ensured that every detail was taken care of, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The spa facilities were simply amazing, with a range of options to choose from including saunas, a jacuzzi, and an indoor pool. It was the ultimate in luxury and relaxation.

The hotel had a great central location, which made it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. Additionally, the hotel had a good breakfast selection with a variety of options to choose from.

One major downside was that the hotel did not have any parking facilities. As a result, we had to park our car in a nearby village and pay an additional fee for transportation to the hotel.

The spa area was so bright and lovely, I felt like I was basking in the sunlight while relaxing. The climbing course was perfect for me, a beginner climber. And oh, the cigar lounge was just exquisite, with its fine digestives and smoky whiskys.

The beautiful mountain views were such a bother, always getting in my way! Ugh, who needs stunning landscapes when you're trying to relax?

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The check-in process set the perfect tone for my experience. The fitness area exceeded my expectations with well-maintained equipment. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the center of the village and within walking distance of the railway station. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide variety of high-quality options, including made-to-order dishes. The staff, especially the ladies at reception, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.

The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent service and giving us helpful suggestions throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi for us to relax and unwind in. The spa and wellness center was also a great addition, offering a wide range of treatments and services.

Had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving holidays in Switzerland. Room spacious with a stunning view of the mountains. Complimentary drinks and mini-bar a nice touch. Convenient location with just a 5-minute walk to the station. Relatively quiet surroundings made for a relaxing stay.

The shower position and proximity to the WC in the bathroom could be improved. It felt uncomfortable to hang my towel near there.

Amazing ski instructor Ali made our stay at Alpenhof unforgettable. His expertise and friendly personality added so much value to our skiing experience. I highly recommend him!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access. Additionally, it is in front of the metro, providing convenient transportation options. Furthermore, the ski lift Sunegga is very close to the hotel, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts.

The house cleaning service was exceptionally unfriendly, lacking in professionalism and attentiveness.
