The hotel was well decorated and had a great atmosphere. We had a problem with the air conditioning, but the staff were quick to fix it and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Overall I recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at Elite World Grand Kucukyali was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, offering a breathtaking view of the city. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel spa was a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The nearby mall was a convenient addition, offering shopping and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities. The Spa & Wellness Centre was exceptional - the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all first-class. The massage was relaxing and the spa lounge was a great place to unwind. The hotel's location advantage was the beautiful sun terrace which offered an amazing view. The restaurant was superb with special diet menus, accompanied by an elegant lobby bar serving coffee/tea to sip on.

The only minor issue was the outdoor swimming pool was seasonal and was not available during our stay.

I had a truly luxurious experience at this hotel. From the magnificent lobby to the beautiful chandeliers and top-notch facilities, every detail exuded grandeur. Staying here felt like being an emperor in a palace of wonder. The South-facing rooms provide stunning views of the clear sea and beautiful sunsets. The suite room I stayed in was spacious and reasonably priced, even more affordable than some smaller rooms in nearby 5-star hotels. The food at the Grilled Kitchen on the 15th floor was excellent, with a diverse menu and impressive English-speaking staff. I also loved the adorable parrot at reception, adding a vibrant touch to the hotel.

Located near a new shopping centre, this hotel is perfect for those looking for a modern shopping experience. The Hilltown mall is just a 10-minute walk away or take advantage of the hotel's free shuttle. While not near major attractions, it's close to Bagdat caddesi and the port. Rooms are modern with comfortable beds and a variety of amenities to enjoy.

We had a lovely romantic escape with great complementary breakfast and a stunning view of the sea from our room. The hotel has good facilities such as a gym and indoor and outdoor pools. the massage offered at the hotel was a great treat. The hotel location was great for us as we had a rental car and it was easy to visit the local mall.

We had a few negative experiences. The staff's level of English was basic, and they didn't understand basic tourism terms.

Great breakfast and spa, free upgrade to sea view room, fast room service and good dinner. Friendly staff, convenient location near metro station and shopping center. had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

During my stay at Elite World Grand, I was impressed by the helpful and polite staff. A special mention goes to Ipek from guest relations, who took extra care of me. The main restaurant had a great kitchen, but what I truly loved were the dishes in the restaurant on the 15th floor - they were extremely tasty! The hotel itself is big, with clean rooms and a good breakfast. Its location is convenient, and the pools are a great bonus. Families will find this hotel perfect, as kids absolutely love it. The TV had plenty of channels, allowing me to relax and check the programs even when returning late. And let's not forget the amazing sea view - it was truly satisfying, especially when the weather was nice and the sky was clear.

Friendly staff, excellent spa, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Receptionist Eren and hotel support Özgur were helpful. Presidential Suite on 14th floor had a great view. Exceptional restaurant with exquisite dishes. Special attention for birthdays. Amazing VIP wellness service.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Istanbul's Asia part. The room was comfortable and offered a great city view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa facilities were excellent for the price. There were plenty of dining options on-site, including a top-floor restaurant, and a nearby mall provided additional choices. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance of public transport. Highly recommended!
