Convenient location near the train station and old town. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a useful desk. Good breakfast options and friendly staff. Close to transportation and dining choices.

I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, just steps away from the train station. Despite the lack of air conditioning in my room, the stunning view from the 5th floor made up for it. the nearby restaurants and shops added to the overall positive experience. Overall I would suggest staying here.

staying at alpina luzern was a delight. the location was ideal, just a short stroll from the train station. the room was spacious, with a standout feature being the luxurious bathroom. everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast spread was impressive. the friendly reception staff added to the positive experience, making me eager to return.

Great location near the train station & city attractions. Enjoyed the complimentary wifi & good shower. the upgrade to a refreshed room with convenient facilities was a nice surprise. Being steps away from bakeries & a Starbucks was a treat.

Noisy surroundings due to street construction & lack of A/C in the room. Earplugs were necessary due to external noise.

Reception staff know everything about the town, breakfast served at the Monopol is a feast, the historic building is a gem. I felt like royalty enjoying the wine and dining at La Bestia restaurant.

Sharing a reception was fun, quite the adventure.
